Package
- Handcrafted, Hand-peeled, Scandinavian full-scribe log work
- 12-14 inch mean diameter winter harvested Englemann Spruce logs
- Larger diameter available upon request
- Douglas Fir, Pine or Western Red Cedar available upon request
- Norwegian Saddle Notch shrink-to-fit corners (lock-notch)
- Wedge notch or singe V Saddle Notch corners also available upon request
- Full length logs with out butt joints
- 9 foot high perimeter log walls
- Higher perimeter walls available
- Second story Log Floor Joists
- Interior Hand-crafted log stairs (pre-assembled)
- Interior Hand-crafted, Hand-peeled, Hand-crafted log hand railing for log
stairs, loft and balconies
- Log roof system consisting of log ridge beam, purlins, and posts, 16 - 18
inch average mean diameter, or larger, depending upon engineering
- All beams, joists, & purlins where indicated to be flattened and plumbed
to accept owner's conventional building material
- All roof posts flattened to accept framing material
- Tie beams and floor joists are flattened and ready to accept framing.

- Interior log walls
- Post & Beam Timber Frame Gabled Ends
- Post & Beam Timber Frame Gabled or Shed Dormers
- Curls all around - all arches and curls sanded
- All windows and doorways cut, keyed, notched back and flared for simple installation,
as per your dimensions
- Includes misc. hardware, e.g., pins, insulation, sill gasket, keyway material,
etc.
- All settling jacks, and C-brackets as required per plan
- 5/8" vertical rods with compression springs on all corners and each side
of door opening
- All logs graded and stamped in accordance with Timber Products Inspection
(TPI)
- On-site reassembly by our experienced building crew of the log package on
sub-floor provided by client
- Complete custom design with Engineered blueprints
- Delivery to your building site
- Crane service with operator for the re-assembly of your log shell
- Installation will take 2 to 3 days
- Roughing out log work for electrical switches, outlets and drill for wiring
- Technical assistance provided during the construction process

1. The Log Package: |
Typically ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per square foot. This depends on the complexity of the log home design and the delivery destination. This is our most popular package! |
2. Dry-In Package: |
Includes the log package, all material and labor for the roof
system framing and roofing, doors, and windows. This is the process
that will make your log shell weather tight. It can range from
$90.00 to $120.00 per square foot. This can range widely, depending
on the type of windows, doors, roofing, size of decks and materials
used. |
3. Turn-Key Package: |
This package includes the log shell package and the dry-in
package and is completed by a contractor. This package is for
the home owner that just wants to walk into their completed log
home and not deal with the construction process. This package
ranges in cost from $125.00 to $200.00 per square foot. |
